Poster Presentation Guidelines

A. PHYSICAL POSTER PRESENTATION

  1. The placement of your poster will be marked on the poster panel area located at the Grand Foyer. It will be labelled using your poster ID. The Poster ID is available in your letter of acceptance.
  2. Dimensions for the poster is A0 size in Portrait (Approximately 84.1 cm x 118.9 cm). Posters that do not follow the recommended size will not be displayed.
  3. Poster should be well labelled and visible from a distance of 10 feet.
  4. The title should be the same as the title submitted in the abstract and the flow of content should also follow according to subheadings in the abstract. References can be added at the end of the presentation.
  5. Submit your soft-copy poster presentation in PDF file via the User Profile of the participant (https://2025.fmsconference.my/user/login) by 1st of August 2025.
  6. Slots for poster presentation is limited to 150 physical posters and the subsequent poster will be assigned for e-poster.
  7. Each author is responsible for mounting and removing their own posters.
  8. Posters should be installed between 14:00 and 20:00 on 27th of August 2025 or before 08:00 on 28th of August 2025.
  9. Posters should be removed before 15:00 on 30th of August 2025.
  10. The organizer will not be responsible for any poster that may be damaged or lost upon removal.
  11. Double sided tape will be used for mounting poster & will be provided upon request.
  12. Poster presentation judging will be done anytime between Day 1 (28th of August 2025) and Day 2 Conference (29th of August 2025). The presenters are not expected to be at the poster site during judging which means there will be no question and answer session for poster presentations.
  13. The poster’s winners will be announced during the closing ceremony.

B. E-POSTER PRESENTATION

  1. E-poster will be displayed via LED screen located at the Grand Foyer. It will be arranged according to your poster ID. The Poster ID is available in your letter of acceptance.
  2. Dimensions for the digital poster is in portrait view (9:16) with a size of 1200mm (height) x 680mm (width). Digital posters that do not follow the recommended size will not be displayed. 
  3. Poster ID should be included in the softcopy of the e-posters and placed at the top right corner of the poster.
  4. The title should be the same as the title submitted in the abstract and the flow of content should also follow according to subheadings in the abstract. References can be added at the end of the presentation.
  5. Submit your soft-copy poster presentation in PDF file via the User Profile of the participant (https://2025.fmsconference.my/user/login) by 1st of August 2025.

  6. The presenters are not expected to be at the poster site during judging which means there will be no question and answer session for poster presentations.

  7. The poster’s winners will be announced during the closing ceremony.
