For 27th FMS Scientific Conference 2025
1. Registration Fee for Local Purchase Order (LPO) Registrations
The registration fee for Local Purchase Order(LPO) Registrations as follows:

2. Registration Process via LPO
2.1. Account Creation:
- Registrants must create an account on the official registration platform before proceeding with LPO registration.
- All required personal and professional details must be accurately provided during account setup.
2.2. Invoice Generation:
- Upon successful account creation and registration selection, the system will automatically generate an invoice in the registrant’s dashboard.
- The invoice will contain details such as registration fees, payment instructions, and validity period.
2.3. Processing of LPO by PTJ (Finance Department):
- Registrants must print the invoice from the registration platform.
- The printed invoice must be submitted to their respective PTJ (Finance Department) for LPO processing.
- The PTJ is responsible for issuing and approving the LPO as per institutional financial procedures.
2.4. Submission of LPO for Registration Completion:
- Once the LPO is processed and issued, the registrant must obtain a copy of the approved LPO from the PTJ.
- The registrant must log in to the registration platform and upload the LPO document in the designated section.
2.5. Registration Confirmation:
- The registration process is considered complete only after the LPO document is successfully uploaded and verified.
- A confirmation email will be sent once the uploaded LPO has been reviewed and approved by the Organizing Committee.
2.6 LPO Submission Deadline:
- All LPOs must be uploaded before the registration closing date to ensure timely processing.
- Late submissions may result in the cancellation of registration.
2.7 Responsibility of Registrants:
- It is the registrant’s responsibility to follow up with their PTJ to ensure timely LPO processing.
- The Organizing Committee is not liable for delays in LPO issuance from PTJ.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Any cancellation of registration should be communicated in writing to FMSC Registration Secretariat via email to: fmscreg2025@gmail.com and will be subject to the following conditions:
Cancellation received ON or BEFORE 31st July 2025
Refund of the registration fee minus an administrative charge of RM400 for local delegates and USD100 for international delegates. All refunds will be processed after the conference. All refunds will be made via manual bank transfer by FMSC Secretariat and will be processed within 1 month period after the conference.
Cancellation received AFTER 31st July 2025
No refund will be made. Nevertheless, a substitute delegate will be most welcome (kindly refer to the “Name Change/Substitution” clause below for further information).

No refund will be made.
Name Change / Substitution
All registrations are only valid for the respective person mentioned in the Registration Form. A registered delegate unable to attend the conference may nominate (free of charge) a substitute delegate by notifying in writing to the Registration Secretariat by 1stth August 2025 with complete information as required in the online registration form.
4. Event Postponement
The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of the event due to causes beyond its control including without limitation, acts of God or public enemies, civil war, insurrection or riot, fire, flood, explosion, earthquake, sabotage, accident, change of law, strike, labor trouble or work interruption, terrorism, or any cause beyond its reasonable control.
Should the conference be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, terrorist acts, acts of nature or other such causes, the organizer will transfer the delegate’s registration fee to the new date of the conference.
5. Admittance & Disclaimer
At the organizer`s sole discretion, without refund, the organizer reserves the right to refuse admittance or to expel from the conference anyone who the organizer determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the conference or any other attendee.
All data obtained by the organizer is held and used in compliance with the law of Malaysia for the purpose of this conference.
The views expressed by any conference attendee, speaker, exhibitor, or sponsor are not necessarily those of the organizer. All conference attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors are solely responsible for the content of any and all individual or corporation presentations, marketing collateral, advertising, and online web content.
