Poster Presentation Guidelines

1. The placement of your poster will be marked on the poster panel area located at the Level 3 Foyer. It will be labelled using your poster ID e.g. PP C01, PP Q01, PP S01 etc. The Poster ID is available in your letter of acceptance.
2. Dimensions for the poster is A0 size in Portrait (Approximately 84.1 cm x 118.9 cm).
3. Poster should be well labelled and visible from a distance of 10 feet.
4. The title should be the same as the title submitted in the abstract and the flow of content should also follow according to subheadings in the abstract. References can be added at the end of the presentation.
5. Each author is responsible for mounting and removing their own posters.
6. Posters should be installed between 14:00 and 20:00 on 4th September 2024 or before 08:00 on 5th September 2024.
7. Posters should be removed before 15:00 on 7th September 2024.
8. The organizer will not be responsible for any poster that may be damaged or lost upon removal.
9. Velcro tapes needed for mounting posters will be provided upon request.
10. Methods for poster evaluation will be detailed out in the next announcement.
11. The poster’s winners will be announced during the closing ceremony.
